Skin 911 DermClinic is located at Banilad, Cebu City. It was established in February 2006. Since then, the clinic has been providing wide variety of services and products. It is owned and personally run by Dr. Eleonor S. Velasco, whom is also the Dermatologist in charge. The clinic has 4 employees who is assisting Dr. Velasco. 

Like most women, Dr. Velasco loves taking care of her skin. She's very persistent in turning every skin of each woman she met turned out to be what one desires.
